(For Online Digital Business Card Creation Services)

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of our digital business card creation services (“Services”). By placing an order or using our Services, you (“Client”) agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Service Scope

• We provide customized online digital business cards with features such as contact information, links, QR codes, and branding elements.
• Any additional requests outside the agreed package may incur extra charges.

2. Client Responsibilities

• The Client must provide accurate and complete information (name, contact details, logos, images, etc.) required for creating the digital card.
• The Client is responsible for ensuring that all provided content is free of copyright issues or third-party claims.

3. Design & Approval

• Initial designs will be shared with the Client for review.
• Revisions are limited as per the selected package; extra revisions may be billed additionally.
• Final approval from the Client confirms acceptance of the design.

4. Delivery & Access

• Digital business cards will be delivered online (via link, QR code, or file format).
• Delivery timelines depend on the package selected and when the Client provides required details.

5. Payments

• Full or partial payment (as per package) must be made before project initiation.
• Payments are non-refundable once the design process has started.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Client retains rights to their logos, brand materials, and content provided.
• The final designed card is licensed for Client’s personal/business use but may not be resold or redistributed without consent.
• We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential designs in our portfolio or marketing.

7. Liability & Limitations

• We are not responsible for errors in information provided by the Client.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted third-party integrations (e.g., QR scanners, hosting, or external platforms).
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service.

8. Data Privacy

• Client data will be used solely for creating and maintaining the digital card.
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent.

9. Modifications & Updates

• Any future updates or changes requested after delivery may be subject to additional fees.
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

10. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the applicable laws of India.
• Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian Court.
