Refund & Cancellation Policy

(For Online Digital Business Card Services)

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all transactions for our digital business card creation services (“Services”). By placing an order, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:


1. Order Confirmation

  • All orders are confirmed once payment is received.
  • Work will begin only after the Client provides necessary details (content, logo, images, etc.).

2. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Services: Payments are non-refundable once the initial design draft has been delivered.

3. Revisions & Modifications

  • Each package includes a limited number of free revisions.
  • Additional revisions or changes beyond the package scope may incur extra charges and are non-refundable.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • We strive to deliver projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays due to Client’s late submission of information or unforeseen technical issues are not eligible for refunds.

5. Technical Issues

  • If a digital card does not function due to hosting/server issues from our side, we will fix the issue at no extra cost.
  • We are not liable for third-party integrations (QR scanners, social platforms, or external websites).


6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or change this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and apply immediately.
